Why we need you

To ensure that shop paperwork is completed correctly and efficiently.

What will I be doing?

  • Collating and reporting information about the shop's performance. For example, recording the number of different types of clothing sold each week.
  • Assisting the manager with the paperwork of the shop.
    Carrying out other optional activities such as stocktaking and ordering new goods.

What skills do I need?

  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic numeracy.
  • Honesty and reliability.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.

How much time do I need to commit?

  • You can agree your hours with your manager who will try to be as flexible as possible.
  • Many of our volunteers contribute one or two 4-hour shifts a week.

What support will I be given?

  • We will provide all the training you need to feel confident in the role.
  • The shop manager will be available to advise and assist you as you work in the shop.
  • There may also be other experienced volunteers in the team who will be available when you need help or want to ask a question.
