We’re asking music lovers across the UK to do what they love best and raise money for our life-saving work. Simply put on your own gig, perform at an event or go busking and fundraise for a fantastic cause!

Get Busking in four easy steps
Step 1 – Pick a day
Busking Cancer runs throughout the year. Simply register, set up your online fundraising page, and go busking or gigging at a time that suits you.
Step 2 – Pick a location
You can go busking anywhere – provided you get permission. When choosing your busking spot or venue make sure it fits in with your type of music and attracts an audience.
Step 3 – Decide on the format
Here’s the fun part! No two Busking Cancer events are ever the same because you decide how you think it will work best.
In the past, we have seen buskers taking over a small area of a park, performing in shopping centres, finding local band stands, busking at schools or gigging at a live music venue.
Step 4 – Tell everyone!
Send an email to your friends and colleagues asking for support. Remember to let them know why their support is so important, how they can sponsor you and include the link to your online fundraising page.
Use Facebook and Twitter to tell people about your event.
Forward a Busking email to your friends and colleagues and get them busking too! Just add their email addresses and your message to the form.
